On his deathbed, Louis, known as the Mexican, persuades his childhood friend, Fernand Naudin, to look after his interests and to protect his daughter Patricia. Fernand soon finds that he is now the head of a number of decidedly shady ''business'' activities, which the Mexican's former employees, including the Volfonis, would just love to get their hands on. Despite their efforts, aided by a strange notary and a trigger happy bodyguard, Fernand succeeds in imposing his authority on this unruly bunch. Unfortunately, the beautiful Patricia has a few surprises in store for him!
